  • How do I return an item?

    What can I return?

    - Any item (except gift cards, and clearance items) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    - Must be unused/unworn and in original packaging.

    What items are non-refundable?

    The following items cannot be returned:

    - Gift cards

    - Clearance items

    What if my item was damaged?

    Please send us an inquiry through our contact form with a photo of the damaged item(s) and your order number, and we will contact you regarding replacing your item(s).

    How soon will I receive my refund?

    Once a refund is processed, the refund will appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
